It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Bowie (Chattanooga, Tennessee), who passed away on July 9, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the John P. Franklin Funeral Home (1101 Dodds Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37404). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Orchard Knob Missionary Baptist Church (1734 E 3rd St, Chattanooga, TN 37404).
