He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur L. Bailey and Ella L. Bailey (Emerson); and his sister Arlene Viglianco. He is survived by: his wife Natalie Kay Bailey (Hite); his children, Rock Bailey, Leah Thorpe Moore and Chandra Gilreath; his sister Patty Callebs; and his grandchildren, Brandon Thorpe, Evan Bailey, Meghan Bailey, Quint Gilreath and Birdie Gilreath. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
