He is survived by: his sons, Michael Gilliam of Chattanooga, TN, Terry Gilliam, Wendell Gilliam (Athena) of Atlanta, GA and Angelo Gilliam; his sister-in-law Lisa Martin of Chattanooga, TN; and his grandchildren, Taquila, Jeremy, Gene, DeAngelo, Derrick, Katylia, Kentral, Nichole, Simeon, Nick and Kenya S. He is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren.
