She is survived by: her husband Dr. William Phillips; her daughters, Denise Phillips Jones of Nashville, TN and Robin Gunn (Keith) of Knoxville, TN; her brothers, Reginald Starks (Shirley) and Eric Starks (Marie); her siblings-in-law, Gail Starks, Clarice Starks, Judith Phillips, Ronald Glenn, James Johnson (Gail), Kent Phillips (Patrease), Ernest Phillips and Orlando Phillips (Cynthia); her uncle Glenn Paris; her aunts, Roberta Jackson, Loice Funderberg and Virginia Clack; and her grandchildren, Killian Alexander Gunn, Kelton Austin Gunn of Kelvin, D. B, Jones IV, Alaina Bryce Kelsie Jones, Sydney Danielle Gunn, Sasha Denise Gunn and Simone Lucile Gunn. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
