He is survived by: his wife Susan Ruth; his stepchildren, James Blay, Sarah Dodd, Rachel Curry (Travis) and Teri McGarr (Lee); and his siblings, Greg Ruth (Janis), Becky Golliher (Jeff) and Sally Creel (Chris). He is also survived by his family, friends.
