He was predeceased by: his son Scott Westbrook; his great-niece Terri Westbrook; and his parents, Cloyed Westbrook and Reba Carroll Westbrook. He is survived by: his wife Brenda E. Westbrook; his son Kevin Martin Westbrook (Theresa); his sister Teresa Westbrook Jackson (Larry); his nephew Jade Jackson; and his niece Nateka Scogin (Corey).
