He was predeceased by: his parents, Allan Campbell McColl and Virginia Ernestine Tarpley McColl; his brother Bruce Allan McColl (Mike); his brother-in-law William John Clement; and his niece Sarah Ellen Clement.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jan McColl (Clement), Kerr (Ed) of Greenbrier, Arkansas, Virginia "Ginny" McColl Nevins (John) of Berkeley Lake, Georgia and Mark Steven McColl (Margaret) of Vestavia, Alabama; and his sister-in-law Lynn Frunzi McColl of Tuscaloosa, Alabama. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Second Presbyterian Church (700 Pine St, Chattanooga, TN 37402).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to McKamey Animal Center in Chattanooga or the National Humane Society, in honor of Mike's lifelong love for rabbits.
