He is survived by: his wife Sandra Peppers; his daughter Brittany Blakely (Tyler); his grandchildren, Kingston, Kinsley and Kannon Blakely; his sister Kathy Gibbs (Jeff); his nieces, Kelsey Angellili (Kevin) and Kari Hicks (Cody); his nephew Luke Sivley; his great-nephew Adam Angellili; and his sister-in-law Sharon Abner (Mike). He is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
