He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Royster and Marie Royster. He is survived by: his wife Pat Smartt Royster; his children, Robin Arp (Nathan) and Joey Royster (Lauren); his grandchildren, Scout, Carson, Bailey Kate Arp, Keagan, Whit and Josie Royster; and his brother Jack Royster (Biddy).
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Chattanooga Funeral Home-North Chapel (5401 TN-153, Hixson, TN 37343).
In lieu of flowers, Mike requested donations to be given to the UTC Mike Royster-Student Manager Endowment.
