“I didn't grow up with the Watt family but they became my Chattanooga family. I took care of his mother Mrs. PEGGIE and his father DADDY CHARLES and helped Ronnie around the house for a few years. I miss his other brothers CHARLES JR. & CHRIS. All of them will ALWAYS have a special place in my heart. I pray that peace and love will remain with the other family members and the goodness of every thing comfort them. I felt like the daughter Ms. PEGGIE never had. Debbie Andrews.”
