He was predeceased by: his parents, Limuel Earl Couch and Lena White Couch. He is survived by: his sister Linda; his brother-in-law Eddie Maynard of Ooltewah; his nieces, Tracy Randolph (Todd) and Kristy Coleman (Chris); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ansley, Weston Randolph, Brodie and Brynn Coleman.
