Boaz, Jr.) and Mary Louise Lawson King (George King); and her husband Walter D. Parks, Jr..
She is survived by: her aunt Pearl Wright Arnold; her sons, David Lawson Parks, B. A. (Marion Upton) of Antioch and Mitchell Hunter Parks; her nieces, Eva L. Blanton of Atlanta, Jacqueline L. Baker of Atlanta, Harriet L. Ward of Atlanta and Georgia of Nichole Boaz, D. D. S.; her nephew Lou David Lawson, Jr. of Chattanooga; and her friend Sorors.
In lieu of sending flowers, the family prefers donations sent to Warren Chapel AME Church (503 Market Street, Chattanooga 37405) to fund their educational program.
