She was predeceased by: her father Arnold Warren; her husband Wallace Arlyn Smith; her mother Evelyn Warren; and her brothers, Ronwyn and Jack Warren.
She is survived by: her children, Michelle Moore (Gary), Millicent Smith, Mitchel Smith (Debbie) of Chattanooga and Michael Smith (Whitney) of Chattanooga; her grandchildren, Meredith Long (Derrek), Reagan Perrite (Brandon), Michael Moore (Chelsea), Micah Moore, Tait Stocking (Zach), Madison Agnew (Reuben), Michael Smith Jr. and Summer Smith; and her sisters, Barbara Goodman of Chattanooga and Sylvia McCain of Rossville, GA. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
