He was predeceased by : his parents, Nathaniel G. Phillips and Grace Quinn Phillips; and his wife Dolores Cornett. He is survived by : his children, Stephen Phillips and Michele Cole; his children-in-law, Sharon Phillips and Tim Cole; and his grandchildren, Greg, Scott, Lori Phillips (Neal), Jared, Zachary and Seth Cole. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
