He is survived by: his son Noel Phillip Workman, Jr. (Denise); his grandsons, Andrew and Avery; his son-in-law John Brewster; his grandchildren, Alexander and Sarah Brewster; and his sisters, Patsy Workman McCammack (Marshall) and Kendra Workman Smiley (John).
