He is survived by: his children, Eugene Neal (Jenny), Carlton Neal (Joann) and Tara Wigge (Scott); his grandchildren, Carlie Neal, Gracie Neal, Garrett Neal (Hannah), Elijah Wigge, Addison Wigge, Kayla Neal, Tyler Neal, Crislyn Neal, Christian Neal and Cale Neal; and his sister Becky Corbitt.
