She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Bruce Mayfield; and her brothers, Kenneth and David Irvin Smith. She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Mayfield Reynolds (Grant); her grandchildren, Libby Kelly (John) and John David Reynolds; her siblings, Shirley Bryant (Cecil), Linda White (Cliff) and Terry Smith; and her close friends, Judy Reachard and Debbie Whitehead. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The gift of flowers are welcome, as well as donations to Mountain Creek Church of Christ directed to the Backpack Program, which provides necessities to local school children.
