She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Welch and Ada Welch (Dalton); the father of her children J. Lewis Prater; and her husbands, Jim Hannah and Jack Blosser.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Prater (Mitzi), Kimberly Ries (David) and Cindy Morris (Don); her grandchildren, Miranda Blocker (Aaron), Laurel Kimbrell (Michael), Andrew Ries (Kierstyn), Jacob Ries (Caitlin), Jeremy Morris and Brandon Morris (Sarah); her great grandchildren, Linken, Brecklyn, Kolsen Ries, Jackson, Wyatt Ries, Madelyn, Bennett Blocker, Gabriel, Linda Kimbrell, Caleb, Trevor and Travis Morris; and her siblings, Richard Welch (JoAnn), Roger Welch (Nancy) and Debbie Carpenter. She is also survived by niece and nephews.
