He is survived by: his children, Kelli Munczenski (Devin), Kristin Burnette (Allen), Dylan Gembarski, Hunter Gembarski and Carson O'Brien; his grandchildren, Kelstin Burnette, Xander Burnette, Kallyn Burnette and Murphy Munczenski; his siblings, William O'Brien (Shelley), David O'Brien (Julia Mae), Hollis O'Brien (Barbie), Barry O'Brien, Joseph O'Brien Jr. and Tina O'Brien (Stephen); and the mothers of children, Katie Myers and Mealissa O'Brien.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM, on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM and at 1:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Patrick O'Brien Memorial Sports Fund.
