He was predeceased by : his parents, Pauline Miller and Woodrow Miller. He is survived by : his wife Paulette Grider Acord; his son Alan of Chattanooga; his siblings, Martha Harless (Freddie), Woodrow Jr. (Woody), Elaine Gillispie (Tom) and Mark; his uncle Phillip "Sonny" Eastep; his aunts, Peggy McCormick (Eastep) and Esta Miller; his sisters-in-law, Jackie Tally of Birmingham, AL and Annette Rice (Pete) of Tucson, AZ; and his friend Michael Mullins (Mike). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
