Neal (Eddie); her grandchildren, Riley Powell, Raymond Lee Neal, Skyler Huskey, David Robinson, Luke Powell, Remmick Neal and Chelsea Moran; her brother Phinnis T. Whitescarver (Rachel); her niece Gail Whitescarver; and her nephew Michael Whitescarver (Melissa). She is also survived by friends and other family members.
