He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Lamar Sullivan and Ruth Naomi Samples Sullivan; his siblings, Martino Hobbs, Harold Hobbs, Nola Ellis (Maurice) and Thelma Morgan (Horace); his nephew Harold Hobbs Jr.; and his niece Delane Morgan.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Carroll Sullivan; his stepson Alan Nichols; his sister Frankie Sullivan Lewis; and his sister-in-law Jeannette Carroll.
