He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia; his mother Myrtle Chaney Goad; his stepmother Dorothy Isbell Goad; and his father James Clifton Goad, Sr. (Ray). He is survived by: his children, Barbie Mullins (Danny), Jackie Murphy (Todd), Debbie Walker (Craig) and Sean Goad (Laura); his grandchildren, Joey Cox (Kristen), Wesley Davis (Cassie), Jack Murphy (Hannah), Cara Lawson, Tyler Lawson and Klara McKinnon; and his great grandchildren, Allie Cox, Josiah Cox, Everett Cox, Sutton Davis, Ezra Walls, Easton Walls and Rileigh Lawson. He is also survived by siblings, extended family members, and friends.
