She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Frost and Frankie Lockwood; her brother James "Jimbo" Frost; and her niece Renee Pemberton. She is survived by: her husband Marvin Cochran; her children, David Lockwood, Jr. (Heather), Tabitha Lockwood, Becki Hankins and Cadi Cochran; and her sisters, Virginia Abney (Michael) and Jeanne Hankins (Carl). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Turner Funeral Home (3913 Webb Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37416). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
