He was predeceased by: his parents, Starlan Richard Holcomb, Jr. and Nona Ruth Holcomb (Brotherton). He is survived by: his sister Lora Finley (James); and his nephews, Morgan and Ethan Finley.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home and Cremation Services (7454 E Brainerd Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37421). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Forest Hills Cemetery (4016 Tennessee Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37410).
