He is survived by: his wife Susan Payne; his children, Bianca Copeland (Joseph) of Ringgold, Whitney Payne (Angel) of East Ridge, Nicole Payne (Marcus) of Rossville, Ricky Payne, Jr. (Miranda) of Rossville and Jessica Binford (Deuntae) of Hixson, Tennessee; his sisters, Donna Swann (Marvin) of Valley Head, Hazel Tate (Brent) of Rossville and Gayle LaFauci (Jackie) of Rossville, Georgia; his sister-in-law Shelia Glover (Don); his grandchildren, MacKenzie, Isaac, Elijah, Wyatt, Carter, Raelynn, Corbin, Caroline and Oakland; and his close friends, John, Betty Ashworth and Greg Billard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
