He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Howard and Martha Howard. He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Howard (Charmin Maria), Barbara Grimes and Rhiannon Howard; his nephew Jesse Lewis (Rachel); his great-nephews, Nathan Alexander and Elijah; and his great-niece Victoria.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM at the Turner Funeral Home (3913 Webb Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37416). A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Harrison Cemetery (5774 TN-58, Harrison, TN 37341).
