He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Lusk and Katherine Lusk; and his siblings, Nancy Hamblen, Howard Lusk and Martha Wash.
He is survived by: his wife Aundrey Lusk; his son Kevin Lusk; and his granddaughter Aleah Lusk. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
