We are sad to announce that on May 25, 2025, at the age of 87, Robert Otto Blasdell (Chattanooga, Tennessee), born in Evanston, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Blasdell and Ruth Blasdell; and his siblings, William "Bill" Blasdell, Dorothy Bolsenga and Judy Malick.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Blasdell of Hixson, TN; his children, Mike Blasdell (Heather) of Riviera Beach, FL, Cindy Pembroke (Jim) of Marietta, GA, Cathy Iconis (Mike) of Atlanta, GA, Kim Mitchell (Mike) of Hixson, TN and Kelley Hutchins (Jimmy) of Hixson, TN; his siblings, Louise Kuntzelman of Windsor, CO and Grant Blasdell (Alison) of Rochester, IL; and his grandchildren, Sophie Iconis, Izzy Iconis of Atlanta, GA, Emily Worley (Tyler), Wes Hutchins (Ashley) and Luke Hutchins (Kirbee). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Chattanooga Funeral Home - North Chapel (5401 TN-153, Hixson, TN 37343).
