He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben O'Neal and Effie O'Neal; and his sister Ruth Plummer. He is survived by: his wife Brenda McClain O'Neal; his sons, Chip O'Neal, Greg O'Neal (Luanne) and Marc O'Neal (Katie); his grandchildren, Blair Ballard (Jeremy), Brandon O'Neal (Kali), Ben O'Neal (Carolyn), Virginia O'Neal and Ryan O'Neal; his great grandchildren, Bryan, Emma, Cooper, Caleb, Kate Ballard, Kade, Brynlee O'Neal, Jack and Mallie O'Neal; and his sister Shirley Burns (Johnnie). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, and brothers-in-law.
