He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Smith and Ruby Smith; and his brother David F. Smith. He is survived by: his sons, Michael Glen Smith (Ann) and Stephen Alan Smith; and his sisters, Janice Smith Buttram, Ina Carolyn Smith Horton (Clinton) and Ruby Sandra Smith McGee. He is also survived by five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
