He was predeceased by: his former wife Patricia Williamson; and his parents, Nita III and Rufus A. Williamson III. He is survived by: his wife Marie Williamson; his siblings, Terry Scott and Warren Williamson (Debbie); his siblings' children, Lynn Ireland, Alex Williamson V, Kay Entrekin (John) and Roger Williamson (Karen); his grandchildren, Natalie Hostetler, Drew Kizziah, Savannah Mizell (Bill), Rebecca Entrekin, Ryan Williamson, Sam Williamson, Anna Williamson, Taylor Williamson, Jeremy Williamson, Ashley Prayter (Josh) and Clinton Manus (Liz); and his stepchildren, Ralph Miller (Vivian), Michael Miller (Cora), Greg Miller (Connie), Barry Miller (Melanie) and Kathy Dake. He is also survived by children and grandchildren, plus numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chattanooga Funeral Home-East Chapel (404 S Moore Rd, East Ridge, TN 37412). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Brainerd United Methodist Church (4315 Brainerd Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37411).
