She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hamilton Beene Jr. (Bill) and Martha Janet Beene; and her grandparents, William Hamilton Beene Sr. (Bill), Anna Hixson Beene, Samuel Chapman Wright (Chet) and Lula McDowell Wright.
She is survived by: her pets, Cooper and Spencer; her daughter Sherida Farr; her brother William "Steve" Stevan Beene (Billie Jean) of Chattanooga, TN; her nieces, Ashlee Beene Sims (Derrick) and Heather Beene Tate (Rick); and her great-nephews, Tyler and Conner Tate.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Susan's honor to the Humane Educational Society or a charity of your choice, celebrating her lifelong love for all animals.
