She was predeceased by: her parents, Newell Adair and Betty Adair; and her son Adam Kenneth Levi. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth R. Levi; her son Brian Worley (Nikki); her brothers, Art Adair (Donna) of Houston, TX and Gary Adair of Austin; her grandchildren, Olivia Levi, Kayli Frazier, Brice Worley and Garret Worley; and her great grandchild Grey Fuller. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
