He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Keith and Fern Brouhard Ryall. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Elmore Ryall; his children, Laura Cole (Matt), Mary Loftin and Eric Ryall (Amanda); his sister Sylvia Ryall White Cates; and his grandsons, Cooper Loftin (Ally), Garrett Loftin, Benjamin Cole and Phillip Cole.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Bible in the Schools in honor of Tommy.
