He is survived by: his wife Allison Fielding Lundy; his daughter Ava Eula Kay Caldwell; his brother Michael Caldwell; his aunt Linda Waters; his sister Sandra Caldwell; his niece Kristin Caldwell Lehr; and his nephew Travis Caldwell. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews, host of cousins, family and friends.
