She was predeceased by: her husband Luther D. Hulgan; her son Byron D. Hulgan; her parents, James Oliver Jones and Eula Allen Jones of Henegar; and her siblings, Lester, Vester, Boyd, Barney Jones (B. C.) and Winefred Jones Blevins.
She is survived by: her son Alan D. Hulgan (Martha); her daughter-in-law Sherry McBryar Hulgan; her grandchildren, James Hulgan (Gretchen), Brent Hulgan (Amy), Kristin Hulgan and Rebecca Hulgan Banus (Todd); and her great grandchildren, Harrison Jones Hulgan, Laurel Anne Banus, Arden Grace Banus and Sarah Greene Hulgan. She is also survived by six nieces, and three nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to the Community Helping Hand Fund of Wauhatchie United Methodist Church, or the Building Fund Of Lookout Valley Presbyterian Church.
