He is survived by: his wife Nancy Suter Waters; his son Jeffery Lynn Waters; his daughters-in-law, Audrey and Nancy (Timothy); his grandchildren, Jeffery "Leo" Waters (Arielle), Timothy David Waters, Jake Thomas Waters and Julie Ghosh (Saum); and his great grandchildren, Zia and Xander.
