She was predeceased by: her parents, Aubrey Lewis and Lillian Estelle Pell Downer; and her brothers, Elvin and Alfred Downer. She is survived by: her husband Glenn Charles Bailey; her son Chuck Bailey (Giorgi Minasovi) of Washington, D. C; and her sisters, Glenda Peek (Bernard) of Lookout Mountain, GA, Phyllis McClure of Trenton, GA and Brenda Tinker of Guntersville, AL. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
