She was predeceased by: her mother Lillie Tolbert; and her siblings, Max Tolbert and Emma Paris. She is survived by: her child Binta Tolbert; her grandson PJ-Fox Tolbert; and her sisters, Bobbie Jean Rutledge and Lucille Walker. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Grace Works Church (6445 Lee Hwy, Chattanooga, TN 37404).
