She is survived by: her children, Tim Johnson (Karen), Tami Johnson and David Johnson (Dani); her grandchildren, Matthew Howard (Kaytelynn), Jolynn Newman (Kyle) and Ronnie Johnson; her great grandchildren, Kayden and Addie Forward; and her brother Rev. Charles Pittman (Carol). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home and Cremation Services - Chattanooga (7454 E Brainerd Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37421). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St Jude Research Hospital in her memory.
