He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Cantrell and Geneva Cantrell; his sons, Caleb Cantrell and Cody Gilbert (Krystal); his siblings, Dennis Cantrell, Kenneth Cantrell (Bev), Paul Cantrell (Stephanie), James Cantrell (Amy Sweet) and Marie Garrett; his cousin Charlie Cantrell; and his caregivers, Lisa Barnard, Louise Morgan and Hayden Morgan. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
