He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James and Beulah Lively; and his cousin Jimmy Long. He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Cantrell and Geneva Cantrell; his sons, Caleb Cantrell and Cody Gilbert (Krystal); his siblings, Dennis Cantrell, Kenneth Cantrell (Bev), Paul Cantrell (Stephanie), James Cantrell (Amy Sweet) and Marie Garrett; his cousin Charlie Cantrell; and his caregivers, Lisa Barnard, Louise Morgan and Hayden Morgan. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Turner Funeral Home (3913 Webb Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37416). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
