He is survived by: his children-in-law, Jeff and Loretta; his wife Winnie Prince Mattheiss; his children, Jonathan "Jon" Mattheiss (Loretta) and Michal Rutledge (Jeffrey); his grandsons, Jordan and Jeremy Mattheiss; his siblings, June Cosby, Jerry Mattheiss, Paul Mattheiss (Becky) and Steve Mattheiss (Joyce); his sisters-in-law, Mary Jane Mattheiss and Mary Mattheiss; Garland Cofield. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
