He is survived by: his wife Barbara Howard (Cope); his son Jeremy; his daughter-in-law Jessica Dial; his granddaughter Lucy Dial; his sister Carol Hales; and his nieces, Shannon Roark (Ryan) and Kristin Roberts (Seth). He is also survived by great-nieces and nephew.
