He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hinton and Velma Hinton; and his son Glen Hinton. He is survived by: his wife Polly Evelyn Hinton; his son Elisha Hinton; his sister Kelly Harrington; and his daughter Flora Pickett. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
