He is survived by: his children, John Addy and Angela Gibbs (Thomas); his grandchildren, Michelle Addy (Barry O'Brien), Samantha Rodriguez (Luis), Brandon Addy and Jessica Dillehay (Dustin); his great grandchildren, Jackson Dillehay, Noah Bascom, Oliver O'Brien, Josie Rodriguez and Sophia Rodriguez; and his brothers, John Addy, Brian Addy and David Addy. He is also survived by his family, friends.
