He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank C. Bush and Jo Ann Lambert Bush. He is survived by: his wife Donna Watts Bush of Chestnut Mound, TN.; his children, Brandy Phillips (Clint) of Chestnut Mound, TN and Shane Dillard (Sara) of Lebanon, TN.; his grandchildren, Megan Wright (Ryan) of Chestnut Mound, TN, Kym Brooks (Harry) of Pleasant Shade, TN and Allison Yarber of Lebanon, TN.; and his great grandchild Cayden Brooks.
The family requests memorials be made to the Chestnut Mound Cemetery Mowing Fund.
