Though Betty may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Betty touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur "Doc" Early and Elizabeth Baird Cook (W. C.); her husband Wendell Hill; and her brother Ralph Prewitt. She is survived by: her siblings, Tina Rigsby, Brenda Hall and Tommy Prewitt; her sister-in-law Patti Prewitt; and her close friend Bette Gibson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Ms. Betty enjoyed jigsaw puzzles, collecting teddy bears and she lovingly volunteered for the American Kidney Foundation.
