He is survived by: his wife Judy Handley; his children, Malena Simpson (Ross), Kimberly Miller (Jason) and Jason Handley; his daughter-in-law Jeanne Handley; his stepdaughter Donna Phillips; his siblings, Larry Handley, Betty Raney (Jeff), Brenda Pee Wee Handley and Belinda Feagans; and his grandchildren, Austin, Brittni, Ross, Skylar, Draven, Blake, Justin, Emily, Abby, Braidyn, April, Katie and Bobby. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
