He is survived by: his significant other Brenda Cagle; his children, Bradley Perry (Brandy Doss), Jennifer Phillips (Clayton Phillips) and Jeffrey Perry; his grandchildren, Jacob Simpson, Gavin Perry, Chase Perry, Juliann Phillips and Wyatt Perry; and his siblings, Rhonda Davis Connie (Steve Davis), Duane Perry (family: Alan Cooper) and Steve Perry.
